- Registration for the Whistler Heme conference is subject to availability and confirmation.
- All registration fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in our cancellation policy.

- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the conference start date will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of the conference start date are non-refundable.
- In the event that the conference is cancelled by the organizers, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
